Recruitment Partner

We’re looking for a part time (22.2 hours) Recruitment Partner who can lead on recruitment across the group supporting managers to bring in the best people aligned to our values.

• Manage our end to end recruitment process.
• Help us improve our onboarding experience for managers and candidates.
• Work across the group with managers and leaders at all levels.
• Set up and develop our talent pipelines working with local education institutions.
• Help us to bring in our first apprentice cohort.
• Work in a small and supportive People team.
