Defence Procurement – A Programmatic Approach Enabled by Frameworks
SCAPE is joining the conversation on Day 2 for a panel discussion exploring how a programmatic approach, enabled by frameworks, can support the efficient, compliant and timely delivery of infrastructure across the defence estate.
With the Defence Infrastructure Plan presenting significant challenges around delivering construction at pace while making effective use of constrained resources, the session will explore how frameworks can support a more strategic and coordinated approach to procurement and delivery.
Drawing on practical experience of using SCAPE frameworks across the defence sector, the panel will discuss the challenges clients have encountered, how these have been overcome in partnership with industry, and the lessons that can help shape future defence infrastructure programmes.
