Defence Procurement – A Programmatic Approach Enabled by Frameworks
Hear from SCAPE on Day 2 at a panel discussion exploring how a programmatic approach, enabled by frameworks, can support the efficient, compliant and timely delivery of infrastructure across the defence estate.
With the Defence Infrastructure Plan presenting significant challenges around procurement, commissioning and constrained internal resources, the panel will draw on practical experience of using SCAPE frameworks to explore how these challenges can be addressed through greater collaboration between clients and industry.
The discussion will explore how frameworks can enable infrastructure to be delivered at pace, the challenges encountered by SCAPE clients and the lessons that can be applied to future defence infrastructure programmes.
