NEW SCAPE Construction Works & Services Framework
Procurement Status: Preliminary Market Engagement Notice Issued
Framework Overview
SCAPE’s Construction Works & Services Framework will provide public sector organisations across England, Wales and Northern Ireland with a compliant route to market for the delivery of construction projects and associated works and services, in line with the Procurement Act 2023. Building on a strong track record, the framework has been strategically evolved to reflect the changing needs of the public sector - embedding early contractor involvement to support risk reduction, improve buildability and drive long-term value for money, while strengthening environmental and social value outcomes across the built environment.
The framework offers access to a comprehensive range of construction services across all sectors, from new build through to refurbishment, retrofit and long-term programmes of work. Designed for flexibility and scale, it incorporates a combination of core and specialist lots, alongside regionally tailored solutions for Wales and Northern Ireland to reflect devolved priorities and market conditions. Active framework management and embedded governance, with a commitment to social value and sustainability, ensure the framework delivers more than procurement alone - providing clients with ongoing support, improved outcomes and long-term value for money.
