NEW SCAPE Defence and Complex Environments Framework

Procurement Status: Preliminary Market Engagement Notice Issued

Framework Overview

SCAPE's Defence and Complex Environments Framework provides public sector organisations with a compliant route to market for the delivery of highly secure construction projects across the UK. Developed in response to growing demand from clients and industry stakeholders, the framework has been specifically designed to support projects across defence estates and other critical national infrastructure environments where enhanced security, specialist expertise and operational resilience are essential.

Fully compliant with the Procurement Act 2023, the framework enables the efficient procurement and delivery of construction works within complex, regulated and sensitive settings. It will provide access to experienced delivery partners with the capability to operate in live operational environments, manage specialist supply chains and meet stringent security requirements.

Supporting growing investment across the UK's defence estate and wider critical infrastructure sectors, the framework is designed to deliver value, certainty and long-term resilience. Through active framework management, robust governance and a focus on secure project delivery, it provides clients with ongoing support while helping to achieve successful outcomes in some of the country's most complex environments.
