NEW SCAPE Regional Construction Framework
Procurement Status: Preliminary Market Engagement Notice Issued
Framework Overview
The SCAPE Regional Construction Framework will provide public sector organisations across the Midlands, East of England, Home Counties and London with a compliant route to market for the delivery of construction projects and associated works and services, in compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.
Building on a strong track record, the framework has been strategically evolved to reflect the changing needs of the public sector, devolved priorities and market conditions. The next generation framework will provide clients immediate access to expertise and support with locally based delivery partners and SMEs, whilst embedding early contractor involvement to support risk reduction, improve buildability and drive long-term value for money.
The framework offers a comprehensive range of construction services across all sectors, from new build through to refurbishment, retrofit and long-term programmes of work. Active framework management and embedded governance, with a commitment to social value and sustainability, ensure the framework delivers more than procurement alone - providing clients with ongoing support, improved outcomes and long-term value for money.
