Built Environment Consultancy Services - NOW LIVE
This framework has been designed to offer the most comprehensive array of consultancy services available to the public sector.
As with all of our frameworks, services delivered by Perfect Circle and their supply chain partners are governed by a rigorous performance management process, to ensure that projects and commissions are quality assured, deliver significant socio-economic impact and represent value for the public purse.
We are delighted to welcome Perfect Circle to our team.
This unique joint venture not only combines the skills and expertise of Pick Everard, Gleeds and Aecom but also introduces a diverse and expansive local supply chain – together, this partnership offers unrivaled experience, scale and local presence to deliver a positive and lasting impact to the public estate.
The BECS framework provides the best of both worlds; the security of a highly adept national provider, united with a local supply chain network to facilitate access to local companies, thus maximising local spend.
Mark Robinson, SCAPE Chief Executive
The Built Environment Consultancy Services framework is fully managed by the team at SCAPE Procure. In the regions, this will be coordinated by our network of Regional Business Managers. At a central level, framework and partner performance will be led by Krish Raichura.
"I am thrilled that most comprehensive mix of professional services is now available to the public sector.
Client interest in the Built Environment Consultancy Services (BECS) framework has gained considerable momentum during the procurement and mobilisation process, with our teams seeing over 100 enquiries across sectors.
BECS offers a variety of services which now fully complement our entire suite of national frameworks, by accommodating facilities management and civil engineering and infrastructure consultancy.
Supported by a network of over 27,000 industry and discipline experts, as well as an extensive local supply chain, Perfect Circle has the right structure to successfully manage client requirements throughout the built environment and beyond.
I eagerly look forward to working with our new delivery partners to deliver a unique, end-to-end multidisciplinary service and new heights of excellence to our clients."
