Framework Overview

SCAPE’s Professional Services & Development framework, serving England, Wales and Northern Ireland, will provide public sector organisations streamlined access to a comprehensive suite of professional and development advisory services, covering every stage of the lifecycle.

Formerly known as SCAPE's Consultancy Framework, the fourth-generation offer has been renamed to reflect the expanded breadth of services now available – from initial strategy to delivery and beyond.

The framework is designed to respond to the challenges of the public sector and support the delivery of both routine and transformational commissions and projects, offering fast, flexible access to high-quality expertise across a diverse range of sectors. The framework includes active framework management and governance to help Clients deliver better - with speed, confidence and impact.

England, Wales & Northern Ireland Framework Structure

  • Choice of up to 3 delivery partners
  • Framework duration – 4 years with an option to extend by 2 years
  • Unlimited commission values
  • Services available include those in the following categories:- Built Environment, Infrastructure & Utilities, and Development: Property, Infrastructure and Asset Optimisation
