With extensive experience in commercial leadership and project delivery, Alan serves as Operations Director for Works & Services at SCAPE. As a Chartered Surveyor, he leads the Works & Services function across England and Wales, supporting public sector clients, framework partners and stakeholders to deliver successful projects, maximise value and achieve positive outcomes. Outside of work, Alan enjoys running and spending time with his family.
