Lee joined SCAPE in March 2025, bringing over six years of experience managing national frameworks for a Tier 1 contractor. As a Framework Manager for both our Construction and Utilities frameworks, he combines a strong attention to detail with a highly collaborative approach, working closely with delivery partners and clients to drive successful project outcomes.
Lee is committed to maintaining robust framework governance and ensuring all processes are consistently followed.
Outside of work, Lee enjoys cooking, travelling, and is also a reluctant runner.
