UKREiiF presents a unique opportunity to showcase the potential of development and investment opportunities across the region.
Investors, developers, and experts will meet face-to-face to connect and facilitate new relationships and drive economic growth through development and regeneration.
Team SCAPE will return to UKREiiF 2025 and once again, we will be taking over the North Star Coffee Shop during the event.
Stop by the café on The Boulevard for a FREE hot drink! Last year, we welcomed over 1,200 event delegates, including local authority clients, delivery partners, investors and developers. In total, we served over 1,700 hot drinks over three days.
This is a great opportunity to meet our teams and discuss how we can help accelerate your built environment projects.

Enjoy your FREE coffee at the North Star Coffee Shop
Back again for UKREiiF 2025, we are once again taking over the North Star Coffee Shop.
In partnership with North Star, a certified B Corp focused on sustainability and social impact, we’re creating a collaborative space for clients, partners and TeamSCAPE, whilst they enjoy award-winning food and beverages.
Stop by to connect with TeamSCAPE and explore ways we can help deliver high-quality outcomes, with social value, sustainability and community legacy sitting at the heart of your projects.
Join us at the Public Sector Stage
We are excited to host the SCAPE Public Sector Stage at UKREiiF where local authorities from across the UK will reveal exclusive projects and plans for their regions.
Last year, we welcomed over 1,000 attendees at the theatre, and we look forward to seeing you again in 2025.
