Our £750m Regional Construction framework has now launched
We’re pleased to announce that the next generation of our Regional Construction framework has now launched.
The framework is ready to deliver £750m of community projects over four years, helping local authorities across the Midlands and East of England deliver their ambitious, community-focused construction projects.
Through the fourth-generation framework, public sector organisations will gain instant access to high quality construction contractors and an extensive local supply chain.
What’s more, organisations will now, for the first time, be able to take advantage of a ‘net zero-ready’ Life Cycle agreement feature. This brand-new initiative is centred providing greater support to local authorities as they continue their journey towards a net zero built environment.
Your delivery partners
The Regional Construction framework offers eight industry-leading partners, Jeakins Weir, Stepnell, G F Tomlinson, Lindum Group, Ashe Construction, Conamar, Clegg Construction and R G Carter, all who can deliver projects up to a value of £7.5m.
The delivery partners were appointed to the new framework in June 2022, following a rigorous process and each one is fully compliant with UK procurement regulations. Local authorities will gain instant access to industry-leading partners who can achieve the best possible project outcomes.
Our delivery teams will work closely with each client to ensure each project generates social value, training, apprenticeships and leaves a positive legacy for local communities.
