SCAPE appoints new Business Development Director
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Crimes as our new Business Development Director.
Matt was previously Associate Director of Business Development at Turner & Townsend, where he was responsible for regional UK growth as the business delivered major projects and programmes across the real estate, infrastructure, defence and natural resources.
In his new role, Matt will work closely with our Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) Caroline Compton-James and Group Chief Executive (GCE) Mark Robinson to expand SCAPE’s framework capabilities.
We are thrilled to welcome Matt to the team. Matt’s wealth of experience and significant expertise will be invaluable to the company as we look to enhance our offer. We are looking forward to working with Matt to expand our remit and continue supporting local authorities in delivering long-lasting, sustainable buildings and infrastructure for their communities.

Matt shares SCAPE’s commitment to enabling the public sector and construction industry to deliver social and environmental change, having worked on a number of major regeneration projects across the UK, from new healthcare facilities, through to significant landmark urban regeneration developments , including new sport and leisure arenas.
Matt brings over 25 years’ worth of strategic business development experience across the professional services industry spanning both the public and private sectors, with wide experience of building long lasting strategic relationships and partnerships.
