The Construction Enquirer awards were created to bring the industry together and to celebrate the successes achieved through construction. The winners were voted for by over 10,000 Construction Enquirer readers.

We were shortlisted in the ‘Best Client to Work With (Public and Private)’ category, alongside strong competitors such as Dyson, Jaguar Land Rover, Agent, Berkeley Group, Highways England and Land Securities.

This award recognises the exceptional effort of the whole SCAPE team on a national level and our continued commitment to collaboration, partnership and quality delivery. It is a huge credit to the hard work of everyone at SCAPE – and it is a personal achievement that every member of the team should be proud of.

The awards were held in Birmingham, as part of UK Construction Week, hosted by Architect and Broadcaster George Clarke, and attended by some of the biggest names in the business. Last year unprecedented numbers voted for SCAPE as the ‘Best Client to Work With (Public Sector)’, and this year we built on that success against extremely tough competition. Victoria Brambini, Managing Director of SCAPE Procure, and Matt Carrington-Moore, Chief Marketing Officer, picked up the award on behalf of SCAPE.

We are extremely proud to be recognised by the industry for the second year in a row; our latest Construction Enquirer award is not only a fantastic accolade, but a powerful recognition of the hard work of each and every member of the SCAPE team. Across every part of our business we have developed a culture of positive collaboration and partnership, a ‘one team’ approach, which delivers the highest quality outcomes for the public sector. It is the strength of this commitment within SCAPE which will underpin our future success.

Matt Carrington-Moore, Chief Marketing Officer, SCAPE

For over a decade we have been working to facilitate efficiency and social value in the public sector; providing a range of built environment solutions with the help of our industry leading partners and a supply chain of over 70,000 SMEs. Our ‘One Team’ approach with our partners, supply chain, clients and shareholders underpins everything we do.

It is our belief that collaboration delivers the best outcomes for all stakeholders. This outstanding achievement would not have been possible without our delivery partners and their supply chains, who are committed to delivering a first-class experience on every project, for every client. It was fantastic to see many of them also celebrated on the night.

It is an exciting time to be a part of SCAPE – the values of our frameworks are reaching new heights, and we are working with clients in parts of the UK we have never worked in before.

It is more important than ever that with the industry and the public-sector work closely together, to deliver efficiently and achieve more for less. We are committed to continuing to deliver for our public-sector clients and helping them to overcome the challenges they face.
