The 'best public sector client to work with' award

We are delighted to be named as the winner of the ‘Best Public Sector Client to work with’ category at the inaugural Construction Enquirer Awards last month.

The awards were developed to celebrate the industry’s best companies to work with, as a part of UK Construction Week. Being selected through an unprecedented 11,000 industry votes is a tremendous achievement for SCAPE and one that I am extremely proud of.

Since 2006, with the ongoing support of our delivery partners, we have remained committed to helping the public sector to deliver procurement efficiencies and socio-economic impact across their assets and estate.

It if our firm belief that by working closely together with all stakeholders, we can cultivate strong partnerships and foster a truly collaborative environment that delivers robust outcomes for all. It is fantastic to see the team’s commitment to a one team strategy being recognised on a national stage.

Of course, this is only made possible with the support and commitment of our delivery partners. It was fantastic to see so many of them nominated alongside us, with Willmott Dixon and Kier also winning headline awards.

Whilst we are intensely proud of this achievement, particularly in the face of some very experienced and talented competition, we are acutely aware that this is a passing moment. During these times of sustained uncertainty, we will continue to work closely with our public sector clients and our private sector partners, to help overcome the challenges that the built environment presents, together.
