NEC further guidance PPN 02/20

As the situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic has evolved, government and industry have worked together to provide clarity on the implications, risks and impact that may result from public project delivery.

In March, PPN 20/02 was issued in March, with a further guidance note issued in April that focused specifically upon construction contracts.

Given the comprehensive nature of those documents, we have provided a second downloadable guide, which aims to simplify the key messages contained within the guidance.

Our objective is to also ensure that our public sector colleagues are aware of the key aspects that need to be considered when contracting authorities evaluate the application of this guidance.
